Fundamental Protocols for Your Knowledge!
Unwavering Reliability. Perpetual Uptime.
Before engaging with any of our digital solutions, it is imperative that you thoroughly review and understand our Terms of Service (TOS).
Introduction
These regulatory covenants and conditions govern all services facilitated by www.vmohost.com and its corporate affiliates. VMoHost, hereafter referred to as the "Company," is a formally incorporated legal entity. These provisions apply to all service users (designated as "Subscribers") associated with the Company, whether they are remunerated clients or recipients of complimentary services from VMoHost or its subsidiaries. By accessing our infrastructure, you provide your unequivocal consent to the following stipulations:
1. Statutory Age Requirements
1.1 Legal Competence: Every individual initiating an order through the VMoHost electronic portal must warrant and certify that they have reached the minimum age of 18 and possess the full legal standing required to enter into this binding contract.
1.2 Non-Compliance Protocols: In the event that a subscriber is under the age of 18, they are mandated to notify the Company immediately and vacate their services. Such individuals are strictly barred from further utilization of any resources provided by VMoHost.
1.3 Guardian Authorization: Prospective users under 18 years of age must secure the documented consent of their legal guardians or parents to interact with this platform or utilize our offerings. VMoHost renounces all liability and legal responsibility regarding any complications or jurisdictional issues arising from a subscriber's misrepresentation of their age.
2. Access Authorization and Operational Constraints
2.1 Administrative Access Prerequisites: Before being granted entry to the VMoHost management interfaces, you are required to submit specific personal identifiers, which are maintained under our strict security protocols. It is the subscriber’s duty to ensure all provided data is exhaustive, current, and truthful. The Company reserves the right to withhold service access if any discrepancies, omissions, or fabrications are identified in the submitted records. Furthermore, we retain the authority to revoke or suspend your access privileges at any time, without reimbursement, should fraudulent intent be detected.
2.2 Restricted Usage License: Subject to compliance with these Terms, VMoHost grants you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-assignable personal license to utilize our infrastructure. These services are intended solely for authorized private and commercial applications; all illicit usage is strictly prohibited. You are obligated to safeguard your account against unauthorized intrusions or exploitation. The Company maintains the right to regulate bandwidth throughput and implement defensive network security measures. Any unauthorized utilization of our systems will result in the immediate nullification of this license, and offenders may face legal prosecution to the maximum extent of the law.
3. Identity Validation (KYC) Protocols
To ensure a high-integrity, compliant, and transparent hosting environment, VMoHost enforces a mandatory "Know Your Customer" (KYC) framework.
3.1 Mandated Data Points: Subscribers must provide authentic and verifiable details, including their Full Legal Name, Electronic Mail Address, Telephone Number, Physical Residence, Country of Origin, and Postal Code.
3.2 Validation Standards: If submitted data is found to be inaccurate, you will be granted a single opportunity to remediate and resubmit your credentials using a valid government-issued ID and biometric authentication. While we serve an international clientele, transactions initiated via VPNs, Proxies, or Tor networks will be automatically flagged and declined by our security systems.
3.3 Financial Recourse for KYC Failure: Should a subscriber fail to provide the requisite valid KYC documentation, refunds will be issued EXCLUSIVELY for transactions processed via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express (Amex). Remittances via Cryptocurrency, alternative payment gateways, or any other non-reversible financial channels are strictly non-refundable in the event of a KYC failure. Accounts found to have deliberately omitted data or provided fraudulent information will be subject to a permanent ban. All assets and funds linked to a banned account will be frozen, and no refunds will be granted under any circumstances.
3.4 Privacy Stewardship: Your personal information will never be commercialized, disclosed, or shared with unauthorized third-party entities. VMoHost is fully committed to the absolute confidentiality and security of your private data.
4. Fiscal Procedures, Settlements, and Subscriptions
4.1 Payment and Service Activation: VMoHost shall commence the deployment of your selected resources only upon the receipt of full financial settlement. Billing statements will be issued 14 days prior to the maturity date. The obligation to ensure timely remittance remains strictly with the subscriber.
4.2 Settlement Modalities and Delinquency: In the event an account carries an unsettled balance for a period exceeding 24 hours, VMoHost reserves the right to interrupt or terminate services until the total liability is cleared. We facilitate payments via Credit Cards, Cryptographic assets (Bitcoin/USDT), Bank Wire Transfers, and other authenticated financial channels.
4.3 Refund Limitation: VMoHost operates a strict NO-REFUND policy, with the sole exceptions being those explicitly outlined in our Service Level Agreement (Section 11) or in instances of a validated accounting discrepancy.
4.4 Recurring Transaction Mandates: Subscribers utilizing Credit Card facilities acknowledge the activation of an automated recurring billing cycle at the point of purchase. Funds will be debited automatically on each subsequent maturity date. VMoHost does not provide reimbursements for automated renewal charges. To prevent future billing, the subscriber must finalize a cancellation through the management portal or lodge a formal ticket prior to the renewal cycle.
4.5 Implementation Fees: For dedicated hardware leasing, standard implementation and setup charges are typically waived, except in specialized cases requiring bespoke third-party configurations.
5. Infrastructure and Service Portfolios
5.1 High-Performance Dedicated and Bare Metal Solutions: VMoHost provides enterprise-grade server infrastructure featuring a wide spectrum of computational power, volatile memory (RAM), and data storage configurations.
5.2 Colocation Facilities: Extensive colocation solutions encompassing redundant power delivery, rack space, high-capacity uplink ports, and dedicated IP address pools.

Your engagement with our services does not facilitate the transfer of any ownership or intellectual property interests to the subscriber.

OFFICIAL NOTICE:
Discovery of any illegal activity or illicit files within your account—such as illegal MP3 files, pirated media, hacker utilities, pirated software, warez programs, or any corresponding unlawful data—will result in the immediate closure of the account without prior notification. VMoHost will proactively report your actions and cooperate with the appropriate legal authorities regarding such activities.

8. Delinquent Accounts and Service Interruption
8.1 Possessory Lien on Equipment: VMoHost reserves a formal security interest and the right to assume absolute ownership of any colocated hardware should a subscriber’s account remain in a delinquent status for more than 30 calendar days.
8.2 Contractual Termination and Data Sanitization: Failure to remit payments on schedule or any infringement of the provisions within this agreement provides VMoHost the unilateral right to suspend or permanently deactivate services. Upon such termination, the Company reserves the authority to perform a secure and irreversible erasure (wipe) of all data residing on the allocated servers.
9. Service Modifications and Provisioning Protocols
9.1 Infrastructure Enhancements: Requested service upgrades will be enacted at the commencement of the subsequent billing cycle, unless the subscriber opts for expedited implementation through immediate and full settlement of the associated fees.
9.2 Deployment Timelines: Standardized service configurations are typically finalized within a 24-hour window. The provisioning schedule for dedicated bare metal infrastructure is subject to fluctuation based on real-time hardware inventory and availability.
10. Service Discontinuation and Cancellation Protocols
To formally terminate a service, an authenticated notification must be submitted through the VMoHost support ticketing system at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled billing maturity date. Upon filing a cancellation request, the subscriber acknowledges and accepts financial accountability for all liabilities and charges accrued until the service is officially ceased. VMoHost does not provide pro-rata reimbursements or partial refunds for cancellations occurring mid-way through an active billing cycle.
11. Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Operational Guarantee
VMoHost maintains a network uptime assurance of 99.99%. Should we fall short of this performance benchmark due to internal infrastructure failures or network faults, subscribers may qualify for compensatory service credits. Please be advised that all initial configuration and setup fees are categorically non-refundable. For the immediate resolution of technical disruptions or hardware concerns, subscribers are required to engage with our specialized support department via formal channels.
12. Liability Constraints and Data Preservation (CRITICAL)
12.1 Integrity of Data and Redundancy Protocols: VMoHost does not facilitate automated content preservation or backup cycles for subscriber data, barring instances where a managed backup service is explicitly commissioned. The responsibility to maintain independent and secure off-site data mirrors resides entirely with the subscriber to ensure business continuity.
