VMoHost has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program principles, covering Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, and Recourse, Enforcement, and Liability as part of our EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program certification. In case of any conflict between the terms of this privacy policy and the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program Principles, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program Principles prevail. VMoHost participation in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program applies to all personal data covered by the VMoHost LTD Privacy Agreement and received from the EU and EEA. We commit to complying with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program principles for such personal data. Please refer to the VMoHost LTD Privacy Agreement for more information on data collection and use. Additionally, specific types of personal information may be subject to VMoHost LTD's detailed privacy policies, all of which align with the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program requirements.

VMoHost may share its marketing data with partners in its ecosystem, such as VMware, Microsoft, Veeam, Brocade, Intel, Nimble, SuperMicro, and Micron. This data sharing may occur through third-party automation and CRM systems, primarily Salesforce and HubSpot.

Additionally, VMoHost may disclose an individual’s personal information if required by law enforcement or national security authorities.

If VMoHost transfers personal data to third parties for purposes beyond its original collection or subsequent authorization, individuals will have the option to opt-out, limiting the use and disclosure of their data.

VMoHost is responsible for personal data received under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program (EU-U.S. DPF) and transferred to third parties, as outlined in the EU-U.S. DPF Principles. VMoHost LTD retains accountability and liability under these principles if third-party agents handling the personal data on its behalf fail to comply with the Principles, unless VMoHost LTD can demonstrate it is not responsible for the event causing harm.

VMoHost respects the rights of individuals in the EU to access their personal information held by us. To request access, correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data, individuals should contact the Chief Legal Officer, whose details are provided below. We will respond promptly to requests for data removal.

Official Refund & KYC Policy

KYC Compliance and Refund Eligibility:
All clients are required to complete our Mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to maintain account security and service integrity.

Credit/Debit Card Payments (Visa/Mastercard/AMEX): In the event that a user fails to complete the required KYC verification or provides invalid documentation, payments made via Visa or Mastercard will be eligible for a refund. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Cryptocurrency Payments (Bitcoin/USDT): Due to the decentralized and irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all payments made via Bitcoin (BTC) or any other cryptocurrency are strictly non-refundable. By choosing to pay with cryptocurrency, you acknowledge that no refunds will be issued regardless of your KYC verification status.

Additionally, VMoHost has agreed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program (EU-U.S. DPF) Principles to an independent dispute resolution service, Privacy Framework Services, managed by BBB National Programs. If your DPF complaint cannot be resolved through the above channels and meets specific criteria, you may have the option to request binding arbitration for certain unresolved claims that were not resolved through other means. Details can be found in the G-Arbitration-Procedures.

If your complaint remains partially or fully unresolved after review by VMoHost, BBB National Programs Data Privacy Framework Services, and the relevant Data Protection Authority (DPA), you may, under certain conditions, pursue binding arbitration before the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework program (EU-U.S. DPF) Panel.
